I think they're probably a little swollen still since she just had the procedure done and she might look better once the swelling goes down. I feel bad for her sometimes. How weird would it be to have the whole world judging how your collagen injections look?

The main reason why she got 'em done is because she thought her lips looked too thin in pictures so really, she covets the attention of the whole world. If she really cared what everyone thought, she would have gone in hiding for awhile till they were completely healed.

That being said, I think she should have just left them alone!

I think her derm/surgeon did a great job, they look natural, they're even, have no lumps, I'd love to have fuller lips.

I've got full lips and when someone has 'natural' full/plump lips like Jessica Alba it looks good. But whenever I see someone who has paid for them to be that way, they always end up looking unnatural- it distortes their face and doesn't balance the rest of their facial features. Also, more often than not they end up looking like a duck :s

They aren't right for her face if everyone can immediately tell she had them done. I don't like the fact that they cause a shadow above her upper lip that looks like a mustache.

They don't look so much "plump" as protuding. Maybe she's making a dumb expression there. And maybe the swelling's not entirely gone. I'll judge her in another week or so.

I kinda like 'em. I have full lips, so I wouldn't consider this type of procedure, or any type of procedure for that matter. c'mon Britney, let these full lips guide a new you!!!

Her real lips were always one of her most beautiful natural features, and she went and messed them up. But, why? I've always loved Britney Spears' beautiful natural bow-lips; why the hell did she not see her own little beauty-trait in herself? Her lips were gorgeous! And now they are just - well, not gorgeous. Just blah, another collagen-job, they detract from her face's recognisable features. Does this woman have NO real friends in her life to tell her these things? It's so sad...

All I can focus on is the fact that it looks like she is badly in need of a lip wax.

In that picture, they don't look bad, but I've seen other shots where one side looks much larger than the other. Maybe, if they were even it wouldn't look so bad.
