I have experience with the Alterna Caviar line, and it is fabulous for people with very stressed out, dry, weak hair. It is probably not best for people with very thick hair. While the line is spendy, it's not as spendy as their truffle line or newer line (name is escaping me now), and it actually works, you feel like your hair is being pampered. I wish they made body cream! LOL
