Last night Kelly Osbourne stepped out at the Grey Goose and Elton John AIDS Foundation party in London revealing a decidedly dramatic new do. The last time we met up with Kelly she was rocking a much more subdued chin bob and she left the drama to her mod smoky eye. Here she went a little more natural with the eye makeup, matched her lips to her red-ribbon pin, and created a stir with this severe, cascading bob. As I've recommended before, long, side-swept bangs are much more flattering on round faces, as it draws attention away from the face. Here, Kelly's blunt bangs and short layers are adding volume. So, now that you know my opinion, what do you think? Do you love it or hate it?

1I think the new look is gorgeous! She finally got out of the wacky colors that made her look so trashy. Now..if she would have had a different color, it wouldnt be so bad. Someone needs to tell her she is way too pasty for that color!

I don't love her look and I could never pull that off, but she's working the whole look and she is pulled together. It's very CZJ in Chicago.
