I'm thinking about getting the T3 dryer...
1Oh, get it if you can afford it. (I know they're not cheap.) Seriously, it does make a huge difference. I always hated drying my hair before, and now it's easy and fast, and it just looks salon-y afterward.
2Bella, how long does that Prescriptives custom blend foundation last you? The picture shown makes it seem like it's a very slender vial. Needless to say, I'm intrigued.
3I am also intrigued on the Custom Blend.
4Gotta admit that I'm interested in Custom Blend too. I'm so pale that an ivory foundation over the weekend and it's too dark! But I'm darker than other colors, pink undertones - this sounds like a good solution!
5I agree with the dryer and the foundation/concealer...maybe also the peel....all the others are just waste of money.
6emososays17, the pic is of concealer, so don't worry.
The foundation bottle is
huuuuuuge. Huge, huge, huge! And you ever get a little extra as a travel size. I've had mine since October, and I'm not even 1/10th of the way through. For what it's worth, the concealer is
also lasting a long time. It's pricey, but really worth it.
7Maybe it's just me, but the Prescriptives line made me break out the last time I used it, so I won't be splurging on it, but I do have one splurge not mentioned here. (In fact, I'm pretty sure it was listed in the don't-need-to-splurge posting.) Dior's DiorShow mascara. I bought it once to see what all the hype was about, and I will never go back. I have since searched for a drug-store mascara that is even remotely comparable, but to the best of my knowledge, there is no other mascara that can produce the thick, soft looking lashes I love so much. You can even coat and re-coat your lashes, without major clumpage. This one is my favorite. Ever.
8I'm laughing at "hooves". Too funny.
9mletrav -- i second the diorshow mascara!! a splurge, yes, but totally worth it!
10I think the Clarisonic face brush should be on there, and possible even the Sonicare tooth brush, but I suppose that's more health than beauty. I love the glossing cream and the T3 hairdryer!!!
11how is this a good concealer? i think i'm going to macy's after school to check it out haha. i wonder if they'll give free samples. =P
12I have only tried Prescriptives regular foundation, but it was worth the money. I would love to try the custom blend.
I also want that T3 dryer! It's so expensive, though.
13You got me sold Bella, this is on my new and improved "to buy" list.
14I have the custom concealer and it's the best thing I've done. They match your skin perfectly, and I have one "formula" for winter and one for summer when I'm a bit tan. The concealer lasts a long time, too, even though the bottle doesn't look that big. WORTH IT!!
