It's nice that Mindy is stepping out of The Office with her colorful look. There's no question that her lipstick is flawless, but I think it might be a little much when paired with the glimmery shadow. Or am I off-base on this one?

I love Mindy and I actually like this look on her. I think the eye color really makes her eyes stand out
1All that liner at the inside of the eye makes her eyes look way to close together, IMO. I also think her lips and cheeks are too matchy and kind of drown each other out. I'm not familiar with this actress, but she has some lovely eyes that could have been accented more nicely, IMO.
2Not only does this look draw here eyes closer together, but it really broadens her nose, and makes her entire face look wider than it is. Not a good look for her.
3I love Mindy, she's so cute! But I don't think this makeup look is very flattering on her.

6It is my firm belief that you mess around with colors on one feature ONLY, and keep the other natural and neutral. This is an unfortunate mistake, and she's a lovely lady who's chosen to mix two perfectly acceptable choices (on their own) together, creating disaster. She could have pulled off the blue eyes, or the red lips. But not both.
