At last night's The Wolf of Wall Street premiere in New York, everyone was staring at leading man Leonardo DiCaprio, but we couldn't take our eyes off the ladies of the red carpet and the different ways they played up their lids. Actress Margot Robbie complemented her Winter white gown with a smudgy smoky eye that's perfect for partying late into the night. Camila Alves was on the arm of husband Matthew McConaughey in a sexy red lace dress. She amped up the sex appeal with a bronze and black smoky eye that tapered into a cat-eye shape on the outer corner of her eyes. Jamie Chung opted for a classic beauty look with a tasteful touch of black eyeliner that flicked out on the ends. Hannah Bronfman had the most playful look of the night with bright blue mascara on her lashes. She kept the rest of her look simple to make the bold hue pop. We loved all four looks, but we want to know, which look would you try to emphasize your eyes?
In case you had any doubts about whether Cara Delevingne was as close to perfection as you can get, let us ease your mind. Exhibit A: Cara Instagrammed a sneak peek photo of her new YSL campaign, and everything is working in it. In the snap, her sexy, tousled hair is the perfect frame to her face, which is painted with an intense cat eye and cherry-red lips. And, of course, her signature look-at-me eyebrows are glossy and bold. Need we say more?
This has been a pretty killer year for Cara. Aside from walking countless runways during Fashion Month and landing YSL's Fall beauty campaign, the Brit has added a bunch of accolades to her résumé. She's the current face of Burberry's beauty campaign and Chanel's Resort 2013 campaign, and she took her turn down the catwalk for the ubiquitous Victoria's Secret Fashion Show just last month. Google pins her as the most-searched person in the UK this past year, and her Instagram following is 3.49 million strong. Basically, the girl is killing it, and with this smoldering YSL ad, she's ending the year on a high note. So cheers to you, Cara!
This year was monumental in many ways, but nothing caused a bigger uproar in the beauty world than Beyoncé's hair. Our team was on around-the-clock hair watch. First it was the pixie debuted on Instagram, then it was the bob, and now she's finishing out the year in a new platinum blonde shade. Aside from her ever-changing styles, Queen Bey was hard at work touring the world, creating her first documentary, singing at the Presidential Inauguration and the Super Bowl, and shocking everyone by debuting a secret album last Friday. We're just hoping Mrs. Carter is all out of surprises for 2014.
Whether it's straight or curly, wavy or fine, we bet that at one time or another, you've faced the mirror and felt frustrated by your tresses. And yet, the key to hair happiness has been in front of you all along: simply embrace what you've got, and find new and exciting ways to roll with it!

Braids have been an unmissable hair trend for the whole of 2013, but as the year comes to a close, those intricate updos, halo braids, and fishtail headbands have softened up, with stars wearing their plaits a lot looser and more casual, swept gently over one shoulder. The look is soft and lived-in and great for lazy days, but it works surprisingly well with formal looks, too. It's also a style that's made for hair extensions as it perfectly hides the join between real hair and added lengths, so even if your hair only falls to the shoulders, with a few strategically placed clip-ins, you can recreate these styles. Here are celebrity looks to inspire you the next time your hair's falling a little bit flat.

As someone with oily skin, the mere mention of a cream moisturizer is enough to make my skin crawl. But with Jack Frost wreaking havoc on my skin with the frigid wind chill, I needed something to keep my skin soft, supple, and hydrated. Enter Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream ($25). Part moisturizer, part perfecting serum, this gel cream works overtime to keep your skin looking its best. The key ingredient is the hyaluronic acid, which plumps your skin and leaves it super soft. Not only does it absorb moisture from the air around you, it also helps to restore and strengthen your skin's natural hydration levels. But my favorite part is how quickly it absorbs. Just a pea-sized amount covers your whole face and absorbs instantly with zero greasy residue. That means my makeup wears better, and I'm no longer victim to the midday oil slick, which is just a win-win for everyone.

Look who's all grown up! Abigail Breslin stepped out to the premiere of August: Osage County looking more sexy than sweet. To match her bandage-style dress, Abigail opted for a tousled, textured fishtail braid. Her makeup was kept sleek with a metallic, smoky cat eye and brushed-up brows.
The trick to giving your fishtail braid a sassy edge is to add a ton of body. After you blow-dry your hair, spritz in a generous amount of a dry texturizing spray, like Oribe Apres Beach Wave and Shine Spray ($37), from root to tip. Tease the crown of your hair before diving into your fishtail. Once the plait is finished, pull on the sides to thicken and widen it, allowing a few wispy pieces to fall free. For added oomph, leave a piece around your face and give it a curl for instant bombshell status.
