Bella Bargain: Semi-Annual Sale at Bath & Body Works

Ok, there's some serious sale action going on right now at Bath & Body Works, both in stores and online. Until this Sunday, June 17, the retailer is offering up to 75 percent off select products, including a ton of cleansers and moisturizers priced at just $5, Bath & Body Works "classics" for $4, buy one, get one free home fragrances, and more.

I used to think of Bath & Body Works merely as a place to buy stuff like Sparkling Peach Shower Gel ($5 reduced from $9.50). But lately, the retailer is impressing me more and more, carrying upscale brands like Frederic Fekkai and C.O. Bigelow. To see some of my picks from the sale, read more

Aromatherapy Body Wash Sensuality Jasmine Vanilla ($5 reduced from $13). I bought a set of these Aromatherapy products once just so I could get the cute cosmetics bag they came in, and this scent is absolutely divine.

C.O. Bigelow Mentha Spearmint Lip Shine ($5 reduced from $7.50). This ultra-glassy refreshing mint gloss is hands-down one of my favorite lip balms ever.

Anti-Bacterial Deep Cleansing Hand Soap in Coconut Lime Verbena (3 for $10). I am a sucker for the cleansing beads in these soaps, which are great to keep in the kitchen.

I love bath and body works! haven't been there in awhile though, so thanks for the heads up bella!
I hate bath and body works. I used to work there about a year ago, and let me tell you...they're slave-drivers over there. "Sell, sell sell! Don't let a customer walk out the door without something!" Seriously, I would get in trouble if I didn't literally harass the customers about the products as soon as they walked in. Plus, they only give their employees a 10% discount, but they want you to buy everything to give customers testimonials! Besides, their stuff is overpriced, and it's the same nonsense that you would get at Target for $3.

i wish i could use bath and body. i am allergic.
i work at bath and body works too, and we now get 30% off. I don't mind it too much, but they cut our hours cuz we're not "going green" and i totally here ya on the "sell sell sell!" thing, and if everyone in the store does not have a bag, OMG it's the end of the world haha. I don't mind the products, or the people I work with, but if I don't get more hours, I'm quitting...

I was just there--spent about $30-something total and walked out with a lot of great stuff. Not enough cucumber melon stuff on sale, though... :( Still think the Body Shop is better, but I can't say no to a good sale :)

I used to love May Bouquet, but now Sparkling Peach is my fave. I worked at a Bath and Body Works when I was in college, it was awful! The managers didn't know my name, and I had to work really late on Christmas Eve because someone messed up the accounts and the managers made us all stay until it was fixed-there were more problems than that as well. I blame the managers though, not the store...

Wow..the horror stories from working there! Yikes! That said, I love their lemon kitchen liquid soap with the beads. And the vanilla sugar is one of my signature scents because it's so light and does not make me sneeze.

just was there yesterday and I swear the girl just followed me around with a bag I didn't want. Bought a fresh vanilla perfume for 9.50 I think. I love vanilla and couldn't resist the fragrance.
Hmm, I just ran out of all my lotion. I might have to check out B&B W tomorrow afternoon :p

I love this sale - I usually buy like 5 or 6 of the items I use when on sale - and stock up for 6 months at a time!
I like the hand soap but the body stuff is too fruity for me.
