Throughout September, Ulta is having a beauty event where you can score some kits for a song. (Well, you'll still have to fork over some cash, but you know what I mean!) My favorites are LookFusion The Essentials Kit, which is $125 worth of Fusion Beauty products for $86. And if you don't have a set of good-quality makeup brushes, you can't really go wrong with this mini brush kit from Smashbox. It's $38 (a $110 value), which is a reasonable price, I think!

Of course, there's plenty else on sale too, from Cover Girl foundation to Japonesque brushes. And if you shop in-store, there's a coupon for a savings of $3.50. Cheap cheap!
