Bright Nails, Big City

These are my nails for New Year's Eve, no question. This Lippmann Collection Nail Color in Happy Birthday ($18) is on the pricier end, but the effect of the chunky glitter is gorgeous, the iridescence is perfect, and it reminds me of the ball dropping in Times Square. I bet you could DIY this one with a little topcoat and some craft store glitter, too (hint hint).
