Bella's January Must Haves

Roly-poly cosmetics are inherently cuter than their slim brethren, and Clinique's new Chubby Sticks ($15 each) are indeed adorable. We like the way these emollient color balms glide on to lips, protecting them from nasty January weather while adding a healthy dose of color.
