Bellissima! Bobbi Brown Sandbar Soap

Bobbi Brown has a fresh, outdoorsy line called Beach. It's a summer collection that includes body oil, body lotion, body scrub, bath fragrance and her most famous fragrance, which happens to also be called beach.

Yet I think one of the coolest, simplest and most innovative products that she has ever created is Sandbar Soap ($16).

This creamy bar soap has a luxurious lather, a crisp beachy scent and it contains tiny grains of sand that clean, refresh and exfoliate the body all at the same time. Keep in mind that it's on the market only in limited-edition quantities, so if you are interested, act fast and stock up while it's still hot outside!

I got this as a birthday gift last summer. It was OK. I'm not a huge fan of the scent. I like it, don't love it. The sand isn't a problem, since it's very finely grained. I actually liked using it on my hands in the shower after a hard day in the garden.

This stuff is limited editon which kind of sucks, but if you want this kind of product all year long, check out the Sandstone soap by Lush. It's only 6.95 for 3.5 oz, so it's pretty affordable too! Most of the product may by Lush are all natural and all are hand made. I love this stuff!

I haven't tried the sand soap but I do have the lotion in the beach scent...I love it! It's a very light, clean scent. I'd be interested tofind out how the soap feels, though.

Has anyone tried this? I'm a little iffy about the sand thing. I mean, everyone loves getting a good exfoliation, but I feel like that might hurt a bit...Anyone testing it out? Leave some comments, plz :)
