Best of 2007: Mascara
2007 was a banner year for mascara. For a mascara to be successful now, it has to be so much more than just a tint for your lashes. It has to lengthen, curl, moisturize, volumize, thicken, condition and maybe even adhere to your lashes in little tubes!
How's that for a high standard? In addition, some mascaras add shine, some are waterproof, and some also include a primer on one end to ensure that it lasts throughout the day.
