I am in love with Heidi's and this past weekend to that picture to my stylist. She butchered it I am afraid. Maybe in a few months it will look like her long bob. :(

Victoria Beckham hands down for the very short hair...it is hard to pull that look of and she is the only one who does. Rhianna looks so strange and mannish and it makes her neck too long looking and her head is too small...blech...
