The story: L'Oréal's other BB cream is more traditional, providing a bevy of skin benefits such as hydration and protection.

Sun protection: SPF 15, provided by both chemical and physical sunscreens. (In layman's terms: one type blocks UVA rays from reaching your skin, while the other makes the rays harmless.)

What we like: This cream feels more luxurious than its price tag suggests. It doesn't settle into fine lines, its antioxidants prevent signs of aging, and hyaluronic acid keeps skin hydrated. Plus its light, floral scent is so pleasant.

What we don't: Two shades promise to cover most skin tones, but, realistically, if you have dark skin, then it's a stretch.

@ModernGraceKelly Thanks for the note. It's very lightweight, which I like. But like you, I wish it had sunscreen. Then again, I wish EVERYTHING had sunscreen. I'm planning to use mine at night for a subtle glow, or over my usual sunscreen to even out my skin tone.

I've tested the L'Oréal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier and it sets on the skin. Most bb's just sit there or are very thick. This feels thin, covers, and isn't greasy feeling. I'd like some kind of physical sunscreen in it, though.
