Lipstick Queen Ice Queen Lipstick

Lipstick Queen Ice Queen Lipstick

I'm not a big sparkly lipstick person, but this white metallic color ($24, available in November at Space NK) is not your average shimmery pout enhancer. It's obviously inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Snow Queen, which is the story Disney's Frozen was based off of. And the lipstick itself is simply magical — it transforms your lips! The formula is flecked with silver and golden glimmer to turn any basic matte hue into a party-ready shade. It's sort of like illuminator for your lips. Use it in the center of your bottom pout to make it look fuller, or swipe it all over your pucker for a fully festive look. I like it atop a peachy-pink gloss or deep plum. — Lauren Levinson, beauty editor

Korres Cucumber Fresh De-Puffing Eye Mask

Korres Cucumber Fresh De-Puffing Eye Mask

Cucumber slices just got an upgrade. While this soothing eye mask ($16) feels and smells as fresh as the real thing, this gel treatment has the added benefits of betaine and rhodiola rosea to further shrink eye bags. I swore I felt my skin tighten right after I put it on! While it's suggested to wear it for 15 minutes, I like going to bed with it on, so I can maximize my beauty sleep's potential. — Emily Orofino, beauty editorial assistant

Aveda Hand Relief Night Renewal Serum

Aveda Hand Relief Night Renewal Serum

Did you know that the skin on the back of your hands is similar to the skin under your eyes? That is why your digits are one of the first places wrinkles begin to form. I plan to be 25 forever (at least on the outside), so the Aveda Hand Relief Night Renewal Serum ($35) is my go-to before bed (and before I put on my gloves in the morning). The ingredient list reads like a luxury face cream: salicylic acid to exfoliate, licorice root to brighten, and castor oil for moisture. Is it OK to put it on my face, too? — Jessica Cruel, assistant editor

Goldfaden MD Doctor's Scrub Advanced

Goldfaden MD Doctor's Scrub Advanced

I've been using this scrub since it launched in September, but I think it's absolutely essential as we dive into cooler, drier weather. Goldfaden MD's Doctor's Scrub is a necessity for most A-list celebrities and high-profile dermatologists, but the advanced version ($98) takes it to another level. Rivaling an in-office microdermabrasion session, the 100-percent pure ruby crystals wipe away any and all signs of dead, dull skin, while the infused hyaluronic acid helps improve your skin's texture. — Kirbie Johnson, beauty reporter and producer

The Body Shop Color Crush Nail Polish

The Body Shop Color Crush Nail Polish

After getting a funky camo nail art manicure featuring these new vegan nail polishes ($8), I was totally converted to the 5-Free formula. What the lacquers do contain is fair-trade marula oil, which creates a glossy finish. There are 24 colors to choose from as well as a top coat, so you can get creative with your DIYs. —LL

Glossier Soothing Face Mist

Glossier Soothing Face Mist

Glance over at me while I am at my desk and you'll often spy me misting my face with rose water. I'm obsessed. It feels so refreshing, and I swear it helps cure writer's block. This new version, which is part of Into the Gloss's new skin care line Glossier ($18), is my current favorite. It's made with roses, aloe, honeysuckle, and a medley of other ingredients that give it a floral scent and soothing feel. I am actually a fan of this entire four-piece line for its simplicity; a moisturizer, slightly tinted serum, and unscented lip balm round out the collection. It reminds me that in an oversaturated product market, simplicity is good. And the brand just feels so effortlessly cool in that French-girl chic way! —LL

Juara Coffee and Crème Skin Smoothing Body Ritual

Juara Coffee and Crème Skin Smoothing Body Ritual

Because of my keratosis pilaris, I am constantly on the quest for softer, smoother skin. Imagine my surprise when just one use of this delicious duo ($49) left my skin so silky, I couldn't stop touching it! Though the Indonesian coffee-bean-packed scrub smells so good that you'll want to eat it with a spoon, let it do its job — it exfoliates, suds up, and leaves you perfectly primed for the velvety (not greasy) body cream. I even got my boyfriend to try the set, and he enjoyed it so much that it's taken up permanent residence at his apartment. — EO

Kiehl's Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate

Kiehl's Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate

I have a strict skin care regimen that includes weekly peels, and while the acids help brighten the dark spots on my complexion, my skin is starting to feel dehydrated. The dry patches are a sure sign it's time to swap my Vitamin C serum with something more moisturizing. That's why I have been relying on Kiehl's Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate ($58), which is packed with glycerin and shiso leaf extract. It's proven that using this product before moisturizer increases its hydrating effects. So now I can have my peels and dewy skin, too! — JC

Klorane Conditioning Balm With Mango Butter

Klorane Conditioning Balm With Mango Butter

This is, hands down, the best smelling hair care line I've ever had grace my lovely locks. There are plenty of shampoos and conditioners that smell fresh, clean, or fragrant, but the Klorane Conditioning Balm With Mango Butter ($16) fragrance is absolutely delectable — without being overbearingly sweet. Plus, my strands felt softer without being weighed down. — KJ

Natura Bissé Diamond Life Infusion Retinol Eye Serum

Natura Bissé Diamond Life Infusion Retinol Eye Serum

I'm turning 30 next month (!), which means more than ever, I need to take antiaging actions. Under-eye circles are constantly plaguing my skin, so I am adding an eye serum (before my eye cream) to my daily and nightly skin care regime. I love this new one from Natura Bissé ($275), because it feels cool, soothing, and immediately tightens that delicate skin. Ingredients like retinol ensure that I'll get the results I want. —LL

Kérastase Carré Lissant

Kérastase Carré Lissant

As soon as these nifty new hair sheets ($28, available in November from Kérastase) crossed my desk, I wished I'd had them in college. Thursday night karaoke meant my hair was rumpled, dull, and reeking of the bar's cigarette smoke at my 9 a.m. biology class on Friday. Instead of using Febreze (which is what I actually did), I would much rather have resorted to these chic, dryer sheet-esque wipes. They'll soothe any Fall hair woe you're subjected to, from frizz to flyaways, and leave your locks smelling fruity and fresh. Snag a pack quickly, though — they'll be gone Dec. 31. — EO

Skin Research Laboratories NeuBrow Brilliant Brows Set

Skin Research Laboratories NeuBrow Brilliant Brows Set

This year, it has been my ultimate goal to grow thicker brows, so I've been testing several brow serums that promise fuller arches. Now, I can't say that all my experiments have been successful (just for the record: brow pimples are not easy to get rid of), but the NeuBrow Brilliant Brows Set ($100) has everything an arch addict needs. A pair of tweezers to pluck strays, cosmetic scissors to trim any extralong or curly hairs, a brown marker to fill in the sparse areas, and finally the neuBrow serum. Brushing up my arches with the gel makes them look fuller even if every attempt to get Cara Delevingne brows has been a fail so far. — JC

B.Balenciaga Eau de Parfum Spray

B.Balenciaga Eau de Parfum Spray

As an Alexander Wang fan, I couldn't wait to see his first Balenciaga fragrance ($25–$145) now that he is the brand's design head. Of course the art deco, hammered glass bottle is vanity candy, but what's inside won my heart over. The clean fragrance is sexy yet appropriate for daytime. Top notes include lily of the valley bell, violet green leaves accord, and green edamame accord. It rounds out with iris root, cedarwood heart, ambrette seeds, and cashmeran wood. And after every member of our team took a whiff, we all agreed there's nothing old lady or teenybopper about the scent — it's seriously sophisticated! —LL

Shiffa Healing Balm

Shiffa Healing Balm

Travelers, grab Shiffa Healing Balm ($89) as soon as you can. I met with the founder of Shiffa in October, Dr. Lamees Hamdan, who has jaw-dropping, stunning skin. And she should, given her products are an organic range of face and body care, made with only the finest, intensely edited ingredients. It's also the leading luxury face and body brand in the Middle East.

There are plenty of products that could change your life from the range, but the product that has changed mine is the Healing Balm. Dr. Hamdan explained that this balm would essentially cure all of my skin ailments: if I have a blemish, it will disappear overnight. (She was right.) The key ingredient, arnica extract, is widely used to heal skin and reduce swelling, and it also acts as an antibiotic. I use it as a night balm, eye cream, and primer for my skin. — KJ

Bejeweled Vaseline Lip Therapy Crème Brûlée

Bejeweled Vaseline Lip Therapy Crème Brûlée

There's only one reason I like to wear my clear clutch out — because this mini bejeweled Vaseline Lip Therapy Crème Brûlée jar ($45, available in November at ShopKitson.com) looks so damn cute on display inside. The sparkly case is a conversation starter, and the formula smells like decadent dessert. The classic petroleum jelly formula protects my lips from Fall's harshest winds. It's also the perfect stocking-stuffer gift for the girl who has everything! —LL

Jenny Patinkin Lazy Perfection Travel Brush Set

Jenny Patinkin Lazy Perfection Travel Brush Set

Few things make me feel as fancy as applying my beauty products with a luxe set of brushes, and trust me, this tool set ($182) is chic. I mean, look at those rose-gold ferrules! They're also major multitaskers; while you could just use them as eye and face brushes, they're so much more than that. I like using the liner brush to conceal blemishes or get a superprecise red lip. The crocodile-textured case is also handy for toting more than brushes — I tuck eyeliners in there when I travel to cut down on makeup-bag bulk. — EO

Chantecaille Le Camouflage Stylo Anti-Fatigue Corrector Pen

Chantecaille Le Camouflage Stylo Anti-Fatigue Corrector Pen

I'll be the first one to admit that my under-eye circles are a major problem area. The Chantecaille Le Camouflage Stylo Anti-Fatigue Corrector Pen ($49) is my main makeup weapon when it comes to disguising sleepless nights. A few clicks of the pen covers up my purple bags, and I also add a few drops to my lids to brighten up the entire eye area. I don't even have to use foundation on top because the cream blends effortlessly. If I'm going for a more in-depth makeup look, the pen also acts as my highlighter. — JC

Susan Posnick ColorCoated Mascara

Susan Posnick ColorCoated Mascara

As a major mascara junkie, I have to be seriously impressed to add a new product to my rotation, and Susan Posnick's new launch ($24) definitely makes the cut. The supershort bristles make it easy to get the brush right at the base of the lashes and coat each one, essential for any long-lash addict. The formula dries quickly so it doesn't leave prints all over my perfect eye shadow (or worse, ruin my entire face if I happen to sneeze postapplication). But my favorite feature of this mascara? It contains an ingredient called Widelash to slow lash loss, so a nasty mishap with eyelash glue won't prevent me from flaunting a lush, full fringe. — EO

Rene Furterer Karité Intense Overnight Nourishing Treatment

Rene Furterer Karité Intense Overnight Nourishing Treatment

Since getting my extensions, I've been warned to not apply conditioner directly to my scalp, because it could cause the extensions to slide; and to not take immaculate care of my hair. I've really enjoyed using Rene Furterer's Karité Nourishing Treatment ($32) because it doesn't make my hair feel oily or heavy like a lot of leave-in treatments do. The factor that sold me the most was that my extensions sometimes can get a little frizzy at the ends, and if I apply this treatment, I wake up with a sleek, smooth mane. — KJ

Lancer The Method Body Polish

Lancer The Method Body Polish

Generally I apply a body scrub as a special treatment before body wash, but celebrity dermatologist Dr. Lancer recommends using his new The Method Body Polish ($60) before your cleansing step. That way your skin is ready to absorb all the moisturizing effects of body wash and moisturizer. Plus, the scrub has a warming effect that is perfect after a chilly day.
