I must say I purchased The eyemobile by the color institute at Kolhs and it held up great the color was long wearing, it comes with 20 beautiful colors I was really impressed!

HIP eyeshadows are really great for a budget drugstore brand. and easy to find and common to catch on sale.

I agree sunshine, NYX eyeshadows are really great. I have all the loose pearl shadows, a few trios and singles and they've all exceeded my expectations. Heck, I rate them as highly as I do my MAC shadows and pigments!
