Alternatively i take one uncoated aspirin tablet, add 1-2 drops of water to it, just enough to make a thick paste, then apply directly to the zit. Leave on overnight and voila, zit should be gone by morning. 3 years well i like go to my dermatologist and get some gel. but i noticed when i don't wash before i gel, it get better? and when i wash before i gel it usually stays the same. and when i put the gel all over my face it really does not work at all. but actually when i put the gel just on the acne and not on my regular skin, it works perfectly.
