It might still be Winter in Gossip Girl land, but Blake Lively rolled up on the red carpet tonight looking like she'd just spent a week in Tahiti. With a slicked-back ponytail, lots of white-gold eye shadow, and a gorgeous matte fuchsia lipstick, she definitely looked like she was ready for some warm weather partying.
