Wash the ear with a mild cleanser and exfoliate to remove dead skin. Try a gentle liquid formula like Aveda Exfoliant ($9-$42) dipped onto a Q-tip. If you have blackheads, apply a warm compress for about five minutes and lightly squeeze them out with a cloth.
