A Closer Look at the "Royal" Nail Polish

This is the year of royal wedding mania, and Kate Middleton's bridal style will undoubtedly be noted by millions of women around the world. Her upcoming nuptials to Prince William have already inspired Butter London's latest creation, a nail polish called No More Waity, Katie. The shade, a greige with lilac glitter, will be available for preorder on March 15 at butterlondon.com. I've seen only small pictures of it so far, but we tracked down a larger one that better illustrates the color. If you're so inclined, have a look.

Anon, I agree. I was disappointed. I wish the whole taupe polish thing would die already since it makes its wearers look like corpses. The name is insulting, since Kate said it was one of the nicknames she hates the most. How about something like "All Hail the Princess" or some welcome to her, I know "Winds-her!" LOL, I don't know. But a wedding-appropriate color. I don't get honoring a bride by making a wedding-inappropriate color with a name she hates. You have to wonder where some of these marketing executives heads are.

I think Harley from Zoya might be a good dupe. It's a really nice formula, too.. i'm not a fan of butter.

erm.... thats really ugly nailpolish. I'm seriously not a troll here. Love your magazine and have nothing against the company producing the polish (never heard of them before) or kate middelton or william........ but I feel like the kid in "the emporers new clothes"..... really, seriously... thats a hidious shade of nail polish. maybe it looks better on?
