Over the weekend at the 17th annual Race to Erase MS event in LA, Avril Lavigne wore a delicate-looking sparkling bow in her hair. But since this is Avril we're talking about, she roughed up the turquoise hair accessory with punky accents like underlying black streaks and lots and lots of smudged blue eye makeup to match.
