Nothing says Halloween quite like candy corn, but, in lieu of loading up on the sugary treats, save your gastronomic health with this fun, impressive candy corn manicure. The best part about it is that there's no right or wrong way to achieve it. Experiment with color placement (I made mine gradiate from orange to yellow to white instead of the traditional yellow to orange to white) or thickness of layers (try tapering each color for a more realistic effect). @munchkin, it's a kinda chewy soft candy that comes out around Halloween every year. I'm not a huge fan of candy in general (I know, so boring), but it's a classic.

Ha! I know, I know. It's not an exact one! ;-) And I LOVE candy corn, as well. I found that for me personally, it was easier to paint a lighter-colored base (yellow) than the darker orange one. This way, the orange didn't peep through as much. But I have seen plenty done the traditional way and they look really good.

This would be the perfect Candy Corn Nail, if the colors were in the right place. But, it seems that everyone gets the color combo wrong. The yellow is on the bottom and the orange is in the middle. Its my Fave Halloween Candy, so I am kinda an expert. LOL
