Newly flaxen-haired Carey looks like she's been getting an education recently — on how to lighten up. With baby pink cheeks and lipstick and lighter eyebrows, she definitely looked more natural than she did right after she dyed her hair. Then again, could extensions be in her future? "Don't get the Carey Mulligan haircut," she said on the red carpet. "I don't want this anymore. I'm trying to grow this out." Do you like the gamine look more than she does?

I actually got her haircut! And I loved it! Now that it's growing out, I'm definitely going to get it again.

The earrings throw off the look for me. But I like everything else.

I love her cut and color. But if I were in her shoes, I'd ditch the earrings and wear a cat eye makeup. In my opinion the earrings make her ears look really big compared to her cute face.

She looks fine, but I agree with her statement and think she would look better with some longer hair...not sure how long, but not the pixie thing anymore...
