The Chanel Lipstick That's Making My Resolution Come True

I promised myself that in 2014, I would go boldly where I usually don't go with my lipstick, and I think this Rouge Allure Velvet ($34) is just the thing I need to get my bright lip on. I'm obsessed with La Diva in particular for a few reasons. One, the name alone is fabulous. Don't you just want to answer the question of what lipstick you are wearing with a snappy "Oh, this? It's La Diva." Second, the matte but hydrating formula is light enough to wear all day long without feeling like your lips are drying out. Third, the hot pink with a purple undertone is perfectly on trend for Spring, which cannot arrive soon enough for my taste.
