Chanel has shocked us once again with the launch of their latest mascara, the incredible Inimitable. What sets it apart? most makeup artists i know still use the pink and green tube from maybelline - it's like, what, 5 dollars?

Oh clumps and spider lashes.. not good.

blondesugar, it goes on clumpy and makes it look like you have about 6 huge spider lashes (which is not very pretty....)

I use Revlon and it's MUCH cheaper than 26.00. I hate these designer cosmetics that capitalize on name and rip off the public. And people pay the price.

BlondeSugar -- I use DiorShow and it's the BEST mascara ever! seriously, I have long eyelashes and this mascara just works great -- thickens without clumping, elongates and goes on so smooth!! I suggest you try it -- I think it's the best ever! about 23$

i have this mascara and it SUCKS! i have fairly nice eyelashes too...shame because i spent $26 on it! big waste of money and hype. don't waste your $$$ on it.

The brush looks just like these cheaper drugstore brands to me: Cover Girl's Lash Exact- http://www.covergirl.com/cgcollection/eyes/mascara/mini_lashexact/index.jhtml or Max Factor's Lash Perfection- http://www.maxfactor.com/user/get/product_details.do?lookupId=eyes_mascara_new_lash_perfection I've tried them both and they both work great! I'm partial to the Cover Girl just because it's a bit cheaper and easier to find. :)
