Charlotte Ronson Hair and Makeup | Fashion Week Fall 2013

The nails were designed by Simcha Whitehill for Color Club. She brought to life a "picture frame" manicure for a simple and graphic result.

To create the look, she painted the base color first (in this case, the black shade first). Then she painted the center white, leaving the perimeter black.
