The adorable Chloë Moretz opted for a bold, statement-making Chanel frock at tonight's awards. With a sweet fit-and-flare silhouette and textured sleeves, the dress was equal parts girlie and fashion-forward. Add to that a jewel-embellished neckline, and Chloë kept the rest of the look simple with a pair of ankle-strap heels, minimal makeup, and hair just slightly pulled off her face. What do you think?
