Mere days after she was seen seriously busting a move, Ciara was spotted working the red carpet at the VMAs. It doesn't take a lot to make this girl gorgeous, but perfectly wavy hair and expertly applied makeup never hurt. It's hard to pick what I like most on Ciara (if I had to, I might vote for her perfectly tweezed brows), so you tell me what you're digging most.
