Let's just all take a moment to gawk at the wonder that is Ciara's skin. Flawless. With such an easy palette, she must be a makeup artist's dream. Let's get the hair out of the way so we can get back to that skin. She wore it simple, with a middle part, keeping the rest slicked down to the sides (the perfect way to keep the attention on that face). OK, we're back. Her perfectly dewy skin was complemented by pink cheeks, a slightly dual-toned lip, and shimmery eyes (with false lashes). I'm definitely in girl-crush mode. Are you?
