Bubbling Up

Create this futuristic "bubble" manicure by pasting stick-on pearlescent decorative elements (you can get them at most craft stores) on top of a holographic nail polish. Then, go over the whole thing with a couple layers of topcoat.

DOES ANYONE ON HERE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THE SECTION WHERE THEY SHOWED A LADY AND HER NAIL DESIGNS. IT WAS MANILY CHEVRON REVERSE FRENCH TYPENAILS AND THE PICS AHD HER WAEARING THOSE DOUBLE FINGER RINGS AND A COUPLE GOLDING A BALL OF YARN SHOWIN THE NAILS?????????????
