Day-to-Night Makeup Tips

I padded a little eye cream under the eyes to moisten, reinvigorate stale concealer, and loosen any under-eye liner that got smudgy. I then tissued off and applied a touch of concealer to just the inner under eyes. That's where we are all darkest, and lightening that up instantly brightens eyes. I then spread the concealer along the under-eye lash line to dodge pink (or red if it has been a long day).
