Rosario Dawson Jokes With Ex Danny Boyle at Trance Premiere

Rosario Dawson met up with ex-boyfriend Danny Boyle to premiere their new film, Trance, in NYC last night.

Rosario Dawson met up with ex-boyfriend Danny Boyle to premiere their new film, Trance, in NYC last night. She was joined by her costar Vincent Cassel as she joked around on the red carpet while wearing a stunning Bottega Veneta pink dress. Later, Rosario, Danny, and Vincent headed to the premiere's afterparty where the actress celebrated the arrival of a pizza delivery by cheering for joy. The cast weren't the only stars who attended the event, with The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus arriving on the arm of Debbie Harry, and Girls stars Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet catching a screening of the new flick.

The premiere comes hot on the heels of the announcement that Rosario and Danny had broken up, although it isn't clear how long the couple had been dating. The two were last seen together when Rosario donned a bikini during a vacation in Barbados back in January. There are rumors that Rosario is moving on with Michael Fassbender after the two were spotted together in London over the weekend.

Olivia and Jason Cuddle Up at Emilia Clarke's Broadway Debut

Emilia Clarke channeled Audrey Hepburn's glamour when she premiered her new play, Breakfast at Tiffany's, on Broadway last night.

Emilia Clarke channeled Audrey Hepburn's glamour when she premiered her new play, Breakfast at Tiffany's, on Broadway last night. She wore a sheer Dolce & Gabbana frock as she worked the red carpet alongside her costar Cory Michael Smith, who wore Balenciaga, and guests Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde, who hugged and giggled at the theater. The play has been earning Emilia decent reviews, with one Huffington Post play critic admitting that while she doesn't fit the physical profile of Holly Golightly, she did a "more than acceptable job" living up to the iconic character.

Emilia was in the Big Apple for the event while her Game of Thrones costars were busy celebrating the third season premiere of their hit HBO show in San Francisco. She did get to squeeze in some time with her castmates earlier this week when she dropped by the LA premiere of Game of Thrones.

What It Costs to Look Like Debbie Harry: 1979 vs. Today

Today Debbie Harry turns 65, and perhaps what's most surprising is just how well her late '70s/early '80s beauty looks hold up in the present.

Today Debbie Harry turns 65, and perhaps what's most surprising is just how well her late '70s/early '80s beauty looks hold up in the present. In 1979, for instance, Debbie wore this shimmery, smoky green eye makeup palette with coral lip gloss and perfectly flushed cheeks. It's a little punky, but it still looks fresh today. But just how much would Debbie's edgy look cost then in comparison to now?

With the reference of a late-1970s Avon catalog and Avon's current website as pricing guides, see just how much more you'd shell out now to get a vintage Debbie Harry-style makeup look when you keep reading.

Recently, I caught a rerun of Paula's Party on the Food Network, where silver-haired TV personality Jay Manuel, of ANTM fame, dished out hair color tips to fellow silver-haired host Paula Deen. If I'm not mistaken, I believe he said he uses a toner by the name of "Silver Lady" to get that distinctive lustrous shade. This got me to thinking about other silvered stars. So, whether you call it white, ultra-platinum, silver, or gray, check out some other celebrities with stunning sterling locks.

Punk Rock Pre-School

Who better to school a bunch of toddlers on the principles of going punk than Deborah Harry, the legendary lead singer of Blondie?

Who better to school a bunch of toddlers on the principles of going punk than Deborah Harry, the legendary lead singer of Blondie? Given the generation gap, these kids have no appreciation for the greatness sitting before them, but that's what makes this group discussion (or peanut butter belly fest) all the more amusing. From "pooping on stage" to the meaning of love and life, Deb breaks it down for us all... (Thanks, Nancita!)

Bella Donna: Debbie Harry

I'm holding myself from bursting out with some bad "Rapture" rappin', because this week's Bella Donna is the fabulous Debbie Harry.

imageI'm holding myself from bursting out with some bad "Rapture" rappin', because this week's Bella Donna is the fabulous Debbie Harry. Of course, you probably know her better as Blondie, the name of her band that nonetheless has become her nickname. One of the 20th century's iconic blondes, her '70s platinum hair was punky but accessible—much like her band's music.

Before leaping to fame as Blondie's lead singer, Debbie was a waitress, a dancer and even a Playboy Bunny. But as the front of Blondie, she lept to fame with hits such as "One Way or Another," "The Tide is High," and "Heart of Glass." To see a photo gallery of Ms. Harry, read more

Song of the Day: Debbie Harry, "Two Times Blue"

Last I checked in with Debbie Harry, the former Blondie front woman was performing on the "Today Show" with Lily Allen. Apparently, she's also been working on a new album, called Necessary Evil and coming out September 25. If this song "Two Times Blue" is any indication, Harry still has a firm understanding of girl power, even if she's old enough to have Kirsten Dunst will play her in an upcoming biopic.

The synth-heavy song is the opposite of a jilted-lover ballad; my favorite line: "You can call me Miss Calculation." Though I love the lyrics and the '80s-tinged verses, the soaring arcade-noise chorus is a bit much. Listen and tell me what you think when you read more

Madonna Meets Blondie in Musical Version of Desperately Seeking Susan

I used to have a theory that girls who grew up in the '80s identified with either the punk style of Blondie's Debbie Harry or the slick sexiness of Madonna.

I used to have a theory that girls who grew up in the '80s identified with either the punk style of Blondie's Debbie Harry or the slick sexiness of Madonna. Now, the two are colliding in an intriguing way: Madonna's 1985 comedy Desperately Seeking Susan is being made into a musical featuring the songs of Blondie. The project is set to premiere this fall in London.

No, Madonna won't be a part of it (an actress named Emma Williams will play the role of Susan, while Kelly Price will take on Rosanna Arquette's character, Roberta) — but Debbie Harry will be all over it. According to Playbill, "One Way or Another" and "The Tide is High" will be among the Blondie songs woven into the show, and Harry is writing a new song for the production.

Until I reread the plot summary, I didn't realize Roberta's last name was Glass — so I guess that explains how "Heart of Glass" will fit in. In case you've forgotten how the movie goes, here's Playbill's summary:

Roberta Glass, a suburban New Jersey housewife, escapes her humdrum life by reading the personal ads placed by Susan, a street-smart New York City drifter, and her freewheeling boyfriend Jay. Through a quirky twist of fate, Roberta and Susan unexpectedly swap lives and are plunged into a madcap world of jewel heists, magic shows and rock 'n' roll.

A musical theater version of this story certainly has the potential to be awful, but it's such a weird concept that I think it could turn out awesome. What do you think?
