Debbie Harry Halloween Wig Look

Debbie Harry's iconic rocker style has inspired at least a couple generations of girls to break out of their shells and experiment, and she's never stopped pushing beauty boundaries. Last night at the GQ Gentlemen's Ball, she arrived in a white layered wig and extravagantly long false eyelashes. It was a lot more whimsical than what other women were wearing on the red carpet, and it was definitely a festively Halloween-y look.
