Do You Have an In-Between Face Shape?

As far as I can tell, my face falls into none of the prescribed "shape" types: it's basically squoval, to borrow a word from my manicurist's lexicon. To be on the safe side, I usually just follow the tips for square faces, since I do need to balance a little heaviness, but I also know that a great "square" cut isn't going to look amazing on me because my face is a little long and soft for it. What about you? Are you a perfect round, square, oval, rectangle, diamond, etc? Or are you stuck in the middle like me?

EML13, mine is the same. Some combination of oval/round/heart and I can never figure it out! Usually I think oval, but it's so hard to tell.

Mine is a mix too! I think it's a combo of round, square, and heart. I have a similar Reese Witherspoon chin, where it sticks out, which gave me the notion that I may have a heart-shaped face.

well of course you have a "squoval" face, nobody has a perfectly square shape with 90 degree angles on every corner! i think maybe the face shape thing is misunderstood. the shape is determined by which parts of the face are wider or narrower than the others. for example, an inverted triangle (heart) shape has a forehead that is wider than the cheekbones, and cheekbones that are wider than the jaw, and the chin is pointy. the face doesnt have to look liek a perfect upside-down triangle. a diamond shape has a forehead and jaw that are much narrower than the cheekbones. oval means the cheekbones are slightly wider than the forehead and jaw, and rectangle is an oval shape that is just longer.

I'm sort of a rounded diamond. Not a true oval, though. Just a squishy diamond.

oval...but now i have a little extra weight look a little round ...but with my hair up always oval...i wish to have squared...but im accepting be a oval face
