Looks like Jess's BFF/hairdresser Ken Paves went a little heavy-handed with the scissors recently. Her usual couple of wisps have turned into full fledged bangs. We see her on the right in LA wearing a cute ponytail with thick bangs and on the left at TRL last year—also with a pony, but with no bangs. Which look do you like better?
