Do You Think You Look Your Age?
Jun 25 2007 • By
people, generally guys, mistake me for an average of 5 years younger than i am!
No.I look older and way taller ,Sometimes people compliment me like saying "u look like a model, like how beautiful and tall i am."I'm atually have a friend that's a model and she's planning to indruce me to the modeling industry.
I'm short and stay out of the sun so I often get mistaken for being in my 20s even though I'm 34.
I think i look my age, i'm 25, people say i look younger, but i take it as complimentary :)
I'm almost 13 but so many people think I'm much older. It's because I act older.
I look younger than I am. Most people guess I'm a college student, but I'm 30. Really, all it takes is exercise, not having children, and staying out of the sun.
I'm 16 but people say I look 13-14 :( lol. But i'm okay with it because people say when i'm older i'll look young.
I think I look my age, although I'm often told I look younger. I don't believe them. Whenever I'm asked to guess a woman's age, I always subtract 5~10 years from my real estimate. No one told me to do this, I just noticed that everyone always politely "mistakes" women for being about that much younger once they get past college-age. Maybe it's poor form to admit I do this. But it's not just me -- every single woman I know is consistently told she looks younger, even when she looks older. So I don't believe anything people tell me about how old I look.
I am almost 30 and often get 23. Probably until this year it always agrivated me, but now I take it as a compliment. My mom is over 60, but people often think she is in her 40s. I hope I inhert that trait!
I'm 28 and people often tell me that I look 18 - which I think is a lovely compliment. That being said, my boyfriend (after a goodnights sleep) also looks a lot younger
A few weeks ago my daugter's teacher thought I was my daughter's sister :). That was so good to hear that! I'm 40 and my daughter is 11. Maybe she looks older than her age? ;)
1992 and 1993** bad typos:(

lol when i meant "93: and "92: i mean born in the year 1992 and 1992 - not the age!!! haha
i dont exactly look a certian number of years younger than my age but i have smooth skin and chubby cheeks (-______-) plus i used to have bangs that made me look 10 (im 14). the give away is my body and voice/the way i talk- and my new haircut. i definitely act way younger than i am when im around friends. all my friends are 93 and im 92 but it feels reversed.its good and all (plus if i squat down i can get the kids price for a subway ticket instead of a adult priced ticket) but i hate it when kids in like 5th or 6th grade dont take me seriously. -_-

I'm often told I look younger by about a decade. I attribute it to taking good care of my skin and drinking lots of water :-).
I'm 19 and waitresses (who were probs younger than me) have asked my mom if she wants a kid menu for me. Where I work, people are surprised to hear I'm in college. But my face isn't necessarily a young face...I know it will not age well (I already look witchy). It's most likely my bangs and my body type (I'm short and I gain weight in my arms and not my chest so I look "underdeveloped").
no, i look younger... i think all asian girls look and sound younger than they really are! it's wierd... and i personally don't like it, but i'm not the type to put a bunch of make-up on just to look a little older... oh well, i guess i'll be 23 for life!
At my younger sisters high school graduation, a few people asked me when I was going to graduate from high school...I'm 4 years older than her. And now that I'm in college, on campus everyone thinks I'm a freshman, and everyone outside of college life thinks I like 15 or 16. I am 24.
Okay, I'm turning 23 this Saturday and people think I look 15! It's the Asian in me. Bahhh.
I look younger than I am - I get that all the time. I used to HATE it when I was a teenager/early 20's. Now, I pretty much LOVE it. :rotfl:
People are often surprised to learn my age and usually think I am between 6 and 10 years younger. I don't think this is because I look younger - i do see the little lines forming around my eyes even if they don't. I haven't figured it out yet!
I'm 19 & people tend to think I'm 17-18, though sometimes I'm mistaken for a 20-21 year old : )
I'm 18 and people usually think I'm 15. Not something I like since I'm starting college this year and I don't want to look like an possible candidate instead of an actual student.
