Do You Wear Makeup to the Salon?

Confession: whenever I am going to get my hair cut or colored, I wear twice as much makeup. This is not because the salon I frequent also happens to be a favorite of Rachel Weisz and Heather Graham and I'm worried about being in the background of a paparazzi shot. It's because I go a little crazy staring at myself in natural sunlight for the time it takes my highlights to cook. Am I alone in this?
