I've been using Mally Beauty's Double Duty Perfect Tweezers ($19.50). To be honest, it's partially because, like them, my bathroom is pink. However, only recently did I start actually using the pointy side. The sharp tips grab my freakishly long eyebrow hairs much better than the slanted side.

It is widely believed that slant-tip tweezers are the gold standard for brows. Short hairs that grow in between waxes (or in between.... eyes), are easily grabbed between the two flat blades, but when trying to change the shape of the brows, the pointy tip is better for grabbing the right hair at the root. Have you found this?

A few years ago, I picked up a cheap pair of pointy tweezers at a drugstore for an eyebrow emergency. Never looked back.

I have a scar that runs the length of my eyebrow (thank god it grew back!) and the only thing that'll get the hairs out is a needlepoint tweezer.

i've always used pointy ones.. i just can't work the slanted ones as good!

i been using point like this, since i remember plucking my eyebrows, sometimes i use plated, but its to difficult, the one i use is from my mom, she has it since she was 15!!!

I tried the pointy ones for a while and I just couldn't get used to them. I can get Any hair with my slant tweezers and I'm pretty anal about my eyebrows so I'm sticking with that I know and what works.

I switched to the Tweezerman pointy tweezers about five years ago and never went back. I love the control of a pointy tweezer and it is exception for getting those crazy thick dark hairs that only stick out a tiny bit as they grow back. Much better accuracy to keep my brows in shape!

LOL at 'between the eyes'...story of my life! But I SWEAR by needlepoint tweezers, wouldn't use anything else. I've had the same set of red Revlon ones for probably 2 years and they're still kickin just fine!

I've been using pointy tweezers for a couple of years now, and I absolutely hate if I have to use a slanted pair now! The pointy ones are so much better for getting little hairs, doing detail work, and not ripping out more than one hair at a time (a problem I occasionally had with slant-tipped tweezers). They also double as convenient jewelery-fixing tools when you're travelling...
