Easy, Cheap Metallic Star Nail Art

Nail appliques couldn't be any hotter, but if you bite your nails or don't have the free time to change out your Minx or stickers every few days, it doesn't seem like much of an option. Enter these cool glue or press-on Claire's metallic salon nails ($4). They're less than half the price of most nail appliques, you can wear them whether you've bitten your nails to the quick or not, and they're basically foolproof, so no patience or nail art skills required.

All you have to do is glue them on. There's a wide size range, so unlike the press-on nails you may remember from growing up, these aren't huge or fake looking. And if you want them shorter, a different shape, etc., you can just use a nail clipper or any old pair of scissors to trim them. It's easy, fast, inexpensive, and they last for about a week.
