Lady Crashes Car Into Salon, Keeps Her Appointment

In news both adorable and ridiculous, an 82-year-old Michigan woman crashed her car through a salon's storefront, causing major damage. While the debris was being cleaned up, she still managed to keep her hair appointment. The Blublockers-sporting car crasher, Marion Zock, says she was embarrassed, but everyone around her seemed to find the accident charming. The salon's owner defended Zock by saying that the parking spot she was trying to get into is tricky, and even a mustachioed sheriff was absurdly nice about the whole thing.

To make this story even quirkier, this is not the first time a car has crashed through the storefront — a similar incident occurred a few years back. I think it's charming and adorable that the people there were so nice but the fact that this lady crashed was not that adorable. Like TammyO pointed out, she could've killed or severely injured somebody. You can't toy around with safety.

I think people were nice because it's Michigan. This Bella grew up near that area (and actually had classmates named Zock) and people are generally pretty nice. With that said, I think she should probably not be driving.

I don't think it's charming or cutsey at all, this woman cold have killed someone. And she should just have her licence taken away. Obviously she's had it with trying to drive herself around.

My salon is located in a top floor of a department store, so to crash a car into it would be some Die Hard-worthy stunt. I think it's quite funny that they were so sweet and understanding, I can't imagining anything like that kind of reaction if I had done something like that.
