From my perspective I have to say that she had a nose job maybe after harry potter and the chamber of secrets. Lets just make something clear when a human been grows old the nose gets bigger and thicker and not smaller and thiner. Plus she has boy-like features and yes she has fantastic eyebrows and yes she has had her hair dye many times.
