Mother's Day is on Sunday, and Blake Lively will be packing her bags to visit her mother. "If I don't fly home for Mother's Day, I'm in big trouble," the actress says in the latest video released by Gucci Première ($105), which Blake is the face of. Of all of the Mother's Day gifts she's ever given her mother, there is one that stands out among all the rest. Watch the video to see what it is.
If you're like us, then Mom was the first woman whose makeup bag you rifled through, whose perfume you smelled, and whose lipstick you smeared across your face as a little girl. Since she's probably the first woman who introduced you to the lovely world of beauty, shouldn't you return the favor? In honor of Mother's Day on May 12, we've rounded up 10 top tier gifts that cash in for under $50. Click through and get shopping.
It's been confirmed that Twilight star Kristen Stewart will star in her second campaign for Balenciaga's Florabotanica fragrance, Vogue UK reports. The actress, who is already the face of the iconic brand's playful scent, has reportedly already shot the second campaign. It's slated to be released this Fall.
There had been rumors that Kristen had severed ties with the French design house since Alexander Wang took over as creative director. She has not been dressed by Wang since he's stepped into the role, and Kristen recently spoke out in support of former Balenciaga creative director Nicolas Ghesquière. No further details have been announced about the forthcoming campaign.

Some perfumes are so great, you want to be completely surrounded by them, and apparently Jo Malone London knows just that. The luxury fragrance company transformed one of its classic fruity floral scents into a whole range of home products just in time for Spring. We're particularly fond of the English Pear & Freesia Diffuser ($75), which is housed in a striking Jo Malone container with black reeds, filling any room with its refreshing blend of juicy pear, white freesia, and warm amber notes. Set it out for a touch of decor, and you don't even have to step outside to catch a breath of Spring.
Summer is the season of open windows with delicious smells wafting in on a warm breeze. And since we're definitely in the midst of a chilly Spring in NYC, we're depending on our trusty Kai Perfume Oil ($48) to bring the scent of the tropics to us! (Did you get it in your POPSUGAR Must Have box this month? We did!) The notes of gardenia, jasmine and lilies are a distinctly sweet take on the exotic — no wonder this cult-favorite scent counts Jennifer Garner and Naomi Watts as fans.
To get the most out of the oil, dab it on your pulse points where your body heat is naturally higher: inside of your wrists, the base of your neck, and behind your ears. Or take a little and polish the end of your hair with it for a natural defrizzer and a way to let the scent drift off of you as you walk. Now, when is Summer arriving again?
With all the subscription-based beauty boxes out there (including POPSUGAR's own Must Have box), it was only a matter of time before there was one solely dedicated to fragrances. And that's just what Olfactif is: a subscription service that allows you to test out niche fragrances that are truly about the art of perfumery. These aren't perfumes that you'll find nestled away on your department store's counter. They're for women who are interested in the art of perfumery and the complexity of a scent.
Here's how it works: when you sign up, you'll receive a collection of fragrances made with unparalleled care. Wear each scent six to eight times, while having the opportunity to learn more about the stories, artists, and inspiration behind it. Collections will be delivered to your front door every month like clockwork. But the best part is, if you fall in love with a fragrance and purchase a full bottle while it's being featured, you'll get a refund of your collection that month. Sign up now and get your first collection free ($18 a month thereafter). Who knew deliveries could smell so sweet?
With a rocker dad and a model mother, you could say Georgia May Jagger knows a thing or two about fashion and beauty. And as the new face of Roberto Cavalli's Just Cavalli fragrance ($45-$75), Georgia has an abundance of perfume, makeup, and style tips to share. Georgia chatted with us from across the pond and discussed everything from her beauty must haves and the best piece of advice she's ever received to how her mom and dad have influenced her look.
April is Earth Month, and beauty brands are getting into the giving spirit. Bond No. 9 has created a special floral scent for the occasion called I Love New York For Earth Day ($105), and a portion of the proceeds will go back to help fund the city's parks and preservation efforts. Find out other ways you can get involved this month with just a trip to your local beauty counter.
When a sparkling gourmand fragrance is set to be launched, as is the case with Prada's new Candy L'Eau, it makes sense that director Wes Anderson, known for his quirky-cool aesthetic, would be involved. This week, the Internet has been abuzz with delight thanks to the premieres of three Anderson-directed shorts dubbed Prada Candy L'Eau. Codirected by Roman Coppola, the films star French actress Léa Seydoux of Midnight in Paris and Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol fame. We're promised "a real tale in three episodes that encompasses Candy as the most sparkling and unexpected character," and that's just what we get.
As you would expect, the series has the perfect amount of eccentricity woven throughout, with a hint of sweet and sassy thrown in for good measure. And as with any Wes Anderson film, no detail goes unnoticed, from Seydoux's nail polish choices — Essie's Flawless is featured prominently in episode one — down to her unabashed taste for sweets. Prada Candy L'Eau, a playful, seductive scent, includes notes of Italian citruses, sweet pea, benzoin, white musk, and caramel. Look for it out next month in stores, and now, take a look at Anderson's charming foray into beauty.
