This is great advice about preventing hair damage, but frizzy hair is not the same thing as damaged hair. Healthy hair can be frizzy too--it's a matter of natural curl and humidity, as well as how we try to style it. If I blow-dry my hair when it's humid, it sucks the water right back up out of the air and because each individual hair is trying to curl, I wind up with frizz. If I let it air-dry when it's humid, it's frizz-free curls.
