i love the smoky eye look too, but i think i look ridiculous when i try to swing it. sarah22, your idea on using lighter shades of the same technique is awesome, i think i'll be brave and try it. Thank you!

CG, I'm very fair and blonde/blue eyed and I wear smokey eyes, just use other colors. I use purples the most. I would never go out of my house in the daylight hours with as much makeup as HD has on here, but you can do much lighter layers.Great post as always, atoxy!

I like smokey eyes buy I don't think they work very well on me. I'm blonde hair and blue eyed naturally so I don't have any dark features to work with. Maybe I'll play around with it and attempt smokey eye makeup that doesn't make me look ridiculous but I'm not to optomistic.
