Get Sofia Vergara's No-Budge, Shimmery Bronze Makeup Look

Katy Perry may have gone all out at The Smurfs premiere wearing some very Smurfy nails, but Sofia Vergara, who walked the same red (er, blue) carpet, went for a more traditional beauty approach. "Sofia had the most beautiful purple dress so I wanted to do a shimmery bronze eye so the makeup would be more subtle and the dress could take full focus. Because of the heat, we layered bronzers on both the cheeks and eyes with other products so it would have staying power all night," explained celebrity makeup artist Kayleen McAdams, who created Sofia's warm-on-cool beauty look. Eyes: McAdams began by applying the brand's Intense ShadowBlast in Brown Bling on the lid, followed by the Queen Collection shadow in Fire It Up on top — as well as along the bottom lash line. Queen Collection shadow in Copper Penny was then applied to the outer corners, and the eyes were lined with LiquilineBlast eyeliner in Black Fire. Several coats of black mascara added depth and drama.

Cheeks and lips: For a touch of color, McAdams used TruBlend bronzer in Natural Bronze and Cheekers blush in Classic Pink on Sofia's cheeks. To finish, she applied LipPerfection lipliner in Splendid as a base, followed by LipPerfection lipcolor in Entwined.
