Makeup artist Lorrie Turk created Taylor Swift's beautiful poppy-hued lipstick shade for the People's Choice Awards, and now we've got her instructions on what colors to use (and how to use them) to re-create the look. "I first used Cover Girl Lip Perfection Lip Liner in Passion ($7) to line her lips and also help the color stay through the night," she says. "I then finished by applying Cover Girl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Flame ($8)." Pretty simple, no? And the color is fabulous.
