The smoky eye [7] from the Derek Lam show was a combination of gray, blues, and greens to mimic the waters of a pond. Tom Pecheux chose a larger brush as opposed to the typical eye shadow applicator to get a sheer, well-blended finish.

Lead makeup artist Polly Osmand deconstructed the cat eye [9] for Siriano. She drew on one layer of eyeliner, smudged it, then drew over it again for a lived-in texture.
