Hair and Makeup Trends | Fashion Week Fall 2013

When it comes to autumnal makeup trends, dark, raisin-toned lips are to be expected, but at Fall 2013 New York Fashion Week, artists backstage shook things up a bit. While moody brown lips still made their obligatory appearance, unexpected bold greens and unabashedly bright blues lit up the runway.
