8If you were talking about glow in the dark outfits, then I'd have to say not chic, but these are for the nails. I think they're cute and playful especially for Halloween so I say they're chic.
9I actually have this. I bought it 2-3 weeks ago. I really like the black, orange and white. They are really opaque and smooth. The blue isn't that great. It is sheer and gritty. It does glow in the dark, which is cool, but it isn't as nice as the others.

12I liked the OPI linkin park after dark. But they stopped selling it..which sucks. I'm liking the glow in the dark blue and the black(of course...lol) but I think that they have infact I'm almost sertain that they have them (the orange, blue, and black not all that sure about the white..) at hottopic..if I could only remember the brand...
13I bought this at Ulta last week! Its really cute. The decals are really easy and look great. I only used it on my toes but it looks great!! besides I love OPI anyway!

19You can still find Lincoln Park After Dark. It's a very popular color and OP has released it in a couple of collections. I know Ulta still has it.
