Hayden Panettiere at Fashion Rocks: Hair and Makeup

Well, last but certainly not least is Miss Hayden Panettiere. It looks like we were holding out for a hero. Look past my pun and concentrate on Hayden's skin. Her makeup artist certainly has the fresh, flawless complexion look down pat. Hayden complemented her shiny dress, with skin that was just slightly more matte. The cheeks were lightly rosy, but most of the attention is focused on her eyes. She's wearing black liner, false lashes, and a dark blue shadow that creates a wide-eyed look; which almost diverted my attention from her perfectly plucked brows.
